As well as working on individual properties, we have also worked on housing developments of between two and thirty dwellings. This includes assessing our outline plans against planning policy, the Building for Life 12 standard, the Secured by Design standard, and then applying for planning permission. After planning is granted, we can then proceed to carry out working drawings and contract administration.
